Hi, I’m Christina
(she/her/hers)
I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist providing online therapy to adults navigating belonging, identity, perfectionism, and the expectations they’ve carried for years.
A little about me
I’ve supported individuals across county mental health, outpatient and intensive outpatient settings, and community-based programs. Across these different settings, I’ve learned how deeply our sense of connection—to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us can shape how we move through life.
At the heart of many of our experiences is a longing to feel connected, understood, and at home.
Over time, I’ve realized belonging is not something we find once and hold onto, but something we continue to discover throughout our lives. The currents of life can carry us through change, grief, relationships, loss, and new beginnings, sometimes bringing us closer to ourselves, and sometimes leaving us wondering where we belong.
My own experiences as a multiethnic person have shaped some of these questions, including the complexities of feeling connected to some parts of our identity while feeling more distant from others. Living and spending time in Vietnam have deepened my understanding of how much relationships, community, and culture can shape our sense of belonging. Being immersed in different ways of connecting reminded me that connection can look different across communities, and that the places and people around us can influence how we understand ourselves.
Over time I’ve come to see belonging as something deeper than fitting in, but about feeling at home within yourself and honoring where you come from while making space for who you are becoming.
I see therapy as a space to reconnect with yourself in ways that may have felt out of reach. A place to pause, listen inward, and make sense of the currents that have brought us here.
Healing, to me, is returning to yourself and cultivating a sense of belonging within.
When you work with me, I hope you feel listened to, supported, and accepted. My hope is to support you on your journey of returning to the parts of you that have been wanting to be heard.
Outside the therapy room
In my free time you can find me training Muay Thai, practicing qigong, taking a nice slow walk, drinking a warm cup of tea, playing cozy games, cuddling with my cats, and spending time with loved ones.
